PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the flow rate of a fluid to be measured.SOLUTION: The flowmeter related to one side surface of the present invention includes: a flow sensor for measuring the flow rate of a fluid to be measured; and a correction-value calculation unit for calculating a correction value for correcting the measured flow rate. The flow sensor includes a substrate, and a first resistor that is disposed on the substrate and is thermally insulated from the substrate. The correction-value calculation unit calculates a correction value for correcting the flow rate made to correspond to the variation in the resistance value of the first resistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
