PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable discrimination between a simple mineral and a compound mineral to be performed based on an objective discrimination criterion.SOLUTION: A data processing device 2 is constituted of: data acquisition means 11 for acquiring analysis result data obtained by a mineral analyzer with respect to each mineral particle constituting an ore sample; discrimination means 12 for discriminating whether the mineral particle is a simple mineral of a useful ore or a useless ore, or whether the mineral particle is a combined mineral in which the useful ore and the useless ore are combined using a predetermined function; data editing means 13 for gathering a distribution state according to each size of the mineral particle in the ore sample and summarizing it in a table form capable of discriminating a difference between the simple mineral and the combined mineral; and date output means 14 for outputting a data with respect to the distribution state in the table form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
