PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity to have dehumidifying function and humidifying function directly to an outdoor air cooling device and to enable a further energy saving to be attained.SOLUTION: A direct outdoor atmosphere utilizing air conditioning system 71 cools an electronic device with outdoor atmosphere by making the outdoor atmosphere pass a space to be cooled. An inside air circulation type air conditioning system 72 does not flow-in the outdoor atmosphere into the space to be cooled, but cools return air (warm air) flowed back from the space to be cooled to generate cold air, supplies the cold air to the space to be cooled and then cools the electronic device. A control device 60 operates either the direct outdoor atmosphere utilizing air conditioning system 71 or the inside air circulation type air conditioning system 72 on the basis of results of measurement of a dry bulb temperature or a dew point temperature of the outdoor atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
