The present invention relates to a method for suppressing RAS activated in a cell by using an intact immunoglobulin antibody having cytoplasm penetration capacity, and to uses thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for suppressing RAS activated in a cell by using a cytoplasm-penetrable intact immunoglobulin antibody for actively penetrating through endocytosis and endosome escape in to a live cell. The antibody is specifically bonded to the RAS activated in a cytoplasm. A light chain variable region of the antibody provided in the present invention, or an antibody comprising the same can be distributed in the cytoplasm by penetrating through a process of endocytosis and endosome escape to the inside of the live cell, without a special system of external protein transportation. |
