The present invention relates to a fermentation deodorant composition containing a natural plant extract and, specifically, to a fermentation deodorant composition containing a natural plant extract containing a soy bean extract, an acanthopanax extract, a cudrania extract, and a Kalopanax pictus extract, thereby being eco-friendly and harmless to a human body, and having an excellent deodorant force of other odors and a fishy smell of a meat and a fish. Moreover, the fermentation deodorant composition further contains an ionized calcium solution, and a pine needle extract, thereby further improving a deodorant force, and increasing a retention period of a food ingredient by inhibiting bacterial occurrence and deterioration of the food ingredient. According to the present invention, the fermentation deodorant composition includes 20-60 wt% of a natural plant extract based on the total weight of a composition, 5-10 wt% of a fermenting agent based on the total weight of a composition, 5-10 wt% of a pH adjusting agent based on the total weight of a composition, 5-10 wt% of a preserving agent based on the total weight of a composition, 5-20 wt% of a refined salt based on the total weight of a composition, and 20-30 wt% of purified water based on the total weight of a composition. The natural plant extract is extracted by a supercritical extraction method. The supercritical extraction method uses carbon dioxide as a supercritical fluid. A natural plant extract is extracted from a natural plant in a temperature of 40-80°C and at a pressure of 300-500 bar. The natural plant extract selects at least one among a soy bean extract, an acanthopanax extract, a cudrania extract, and a Kalopanax pictus extract. The fermenting agent selects at least one among a yeast, a beer yeast, and a lactic acid bacteria. The preserving agent is formed of an ionized calcium solution and a pine needle extract. |
