The present invention relates to a system for verifying a fuel subsidy. More specifically, a vehicle information detection terminal for obtaining and transmitting fuel storage information, which is a fuel measurement amount, and location information with basic information of a vehicle, is installed in the vehicle; a fuel subsidy verification system, forming a network with a fuel subsidy management system, is implemented; when the system for verifying fuel subsidy accepts a verification request from a government office or identifies a fact of payment; validity and invalidity is determined by comparing information, received through the vehicle information detection terminal, with information received through the fuel subsidy management system; and a result of the validity and invalidity is provided. Therefore, validity for providing the subsidy can be checked.
