Disclosed in the present invention is an energy saving type tire comprising: a tire body formed in a ring shape; a fixed part which has two ring-shaped fixing rings which are formed to be spaced apart from each other on opposite sides based on the width direction on an outer circumferential surface of the tire body, and of which the outer circumferential surface comes in contact with the ground when decelerating or braking; an elastic part which is positioned between the fixing rings, and of which the height of an outer circumferential surface is formed higher than the height of the outer circumferential surface of the fixed part, and of which the height is reduced as a portion contacting the ground becomes deformed when reducing speed or braking, and of which the height is expanded to the height before the deformation when accelerating or driving. |
