The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an ultra low density three-dimensional thin film structure using beads, which can achieve large scaling and mass production of the ultra low density three-dimensional thin film structure at low costs, by including the steps of: (a) arranging a plurality of beads by making the beads come in contact with each other; (b) connecting the beads with each other; (c) forming a thin film on a surface of the beads; (d) removing a part of the thin film; and (e) removing internal materials of the thin film.
