The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a cut product and a cutting system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of a cut product comprises: a step of manufacturing a defect distribution map of a fabric material based on the defect information of the fabric material; and a step of manufacturing multiple defect distribution maps corresponding to each area of the cut raw material by dividing the defect distribution map of the fabric material along a cutting line of the fabric material.
