The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a GADD45a fusion protein for preventing and treating skin cancer. The GADD45a fusion protein covalently bonded to a protein transport domain can significantly reduce the size and the number of cancer cells, by effectively penetrating to the cells. Therefore, the GADD45a fusion protein can be used for preventing and treating skin cancer.
