PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an organic thin film solar battery which enables the further increase in a conversion efficiency (power generation efficiency) by forming, with a more preferred material, an electron transport layer to be provided between an organic thin film layer (power generation layer) and a negative electrode; and a method for manufacturing such an organic thin film solar battery.SOLUTION: An organic thin film solar battery comprises: a substrate 10; a positive electrode layer 20 formed on the substrate 10; a hole transport layer 30 formed on the positive electrode layer 20; a power generation layer 40 which is an organic thin film layer formed on the hole transport layer 30 and including organic substances including a fullerene derivative; an electron transport layer 60 formed on the power generation layer 40 by the same fullerene derivative as the fullerene derivative included in the organic thin film layer adjacent thereto; and a negative electrode layer 70 formed on the electron transport layer 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
