PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate some defects that a shock occurs or a protrusion extremity end is damaged due to abutment of the protrusion extremity ends of gears.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a driving power transmission device in which engagement between protrusions of a first gear 29 and a second gear 25 is released and a driving power is transmitted in such a way that the number of rotation per unit time from the first gear 29 to the second gear 25 is reduced by stopping a rotation of the second gear 25 in respect to the first gear 29 continuously driven to rotate until their protrusions are engaged to each other, there is provided a rotation limiting means for limiting a rotation of the second gear 25, rotation of the second gear 25 is restricted by the rotation restricting means, then an extremity end position E of the protrusion of the second gear 25 engaged with the protrusion of the first gear 29 is positioned at a downstream side in a rotating direction than a crossing start point Q1 where extremity end locus M, N of the protrusions of the first gear 29 and the second gear 25 and at an upstream side in a rotating direction than a crossing final point Q2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
