PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an edge position inspection device capable of accurately inspecting whether or not an edge is at a correct position.SOLUTION: A luminance variation calculation part 4b calculates a variation Cfrom a luminance value Rof a pixel number x-n to a luminance value Rof a pixel number x severally in each pixel array V. An edge pixel extraction part 4c extracts a pixel of the pixel number x which satisfies an expression (1) R<Tin each pixel array Vof a photographed image P or satisfies either one of an expression (2) R≥T,C<Pand an expression (3) R≥T,C>Pas an edge-corresponding pixel Ecorresponding to an edge 2b. An edge position determining part 4d determines that the edge is at a correct position when a value E'obtained by smoothing the edge-corresponding pixel Esatisfies Q<E'<Q, and on the other hand, determines that the edge is not at the correct position when the value does not satisfy Q<E'<Q.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
