PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a color filter substrate comprising black wiring of low resistance having alkali resistance at a high adhesion state with a substrate of alkali-free glass, and a touch electrode with low reflection in a visible range; a display unit with high resolution and responsive to a high-speed touch input; and a color filter substrate used for the same.SOLUTION: In a color filter substrate, black wiring 6 is obtained by laminating, on a transparent substrate 15, an adhesive layer including indium, a metal layer including a copper layer or a copper alloy layer, and a black layer including carbon as a major coloring material. A color filter is obtained by arranging a pigmented layer on each of a plurality of pixel aperture parts divided by black matrix BM, and laminating a transparent resin layer 9 on the pigmented layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
