PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning mirror driving apparatus capable of reducing plane tilt of a reflection surface of a scanning mirror or drive irregularity while keeping surface accuracy of the reflection surface.SOLUTION: A scanning mirror driving apparatus 30 comprises a scanning mirror 16 reflecting light (L), a mirror fixation base 31 having a positioning surface 31c of the scanning mirror 16 and being rotatable around a rotation axis A, and a mirror fixation member 51 fixed to the mirror fixation base 31, for pressing the scanning mirror 16 onto the positioning surface 31c by pressing a press point 54.
