PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power managing device that enables increase of a suppression amount of power consumption in DR at a user side.SOLUTION: A power managing device has a communication unit 202 for transmitting a power limiting instruction for instructing a user to suppress use of power, and achieving information representing a first power used amount used in a first circuit and a second power used amount used in a second circuit in which power supply is more liable to be cut off than the first circuit with respect to the suppression of use of power based on the power limiting instruction, and a calculator 203 for applying different rate schedules to the first power used amount and the second power used amount respectively to calculate an electric power charge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
