PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior member for a wire harness by which reverse attachment can be prevented in wiring to a vehicle, and the wire harness.SOLUTION: A harness body 19 of a wire harness 9 includes an exterior member 20 and a high voltage conducting path 21 inserted through the exterior member 20. The exterior member 20 is formed in a tubular shape for inserting and protecting the high voltage conducting path 21 therein. The exterior member 20 is a resin molding and during molding, an arrow mark 33 is formed for visual recognition. The arrow mark 33 is formed by recessing an inner surface 28 of the exterior member 20 and projecting an outer surface 29. The arrow mark 33 is formed by recessing the inner surface 28, such that cross-sectional secondary moment is enlarged by increasing a distance from a tube axis of the exterior member 20. The arrow mark 33 is formed in axial symmetry to the tube axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
