PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content providing system, a content providing apparatus, and a content providing program which, in the case where output of content failed, are capable of outputting failed content or alternative content substituting for the content from a content output device that output the content or another content output device.SOLUTION: A server device 3 comprises: re-issue identification information generating means for, when a re-issue request of content is accepted from a store terminal device 4, generating re-issue identification information corresponding to the content; transmission means for, when access is made from a user terminal device 5 after the re-issue request is accepted from the store terminal device 4, transmitting re-issue identification information corresponding to the re-issue request to the user terminal device 5; and providing means for, when the re-issue identification information output from the image forming apparatus 2 is accepted, providing content corresponding to the re-issue identification information or alternative content substituting for the content to the image forming apparatus which output the re-issue identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
