PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health index calculation method capable of easily producing health indexes for individuals, a health index chart, a health index calculation device, and a health index calculation program.SOLUTION: A reference fat amount is calculated by multiplying a subject's reference weight based on a subject's height by a predetermined reference fat rate. With a value produced by subtracting the reference weight from a subject's weight assumed as a fat amount deviation from the reference fat amount, a fat amount is calculated by adding the deviation to the reference fat amount, and based on the fat amount, a health index is produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
