PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal which can appropriately disable the use of a smart phone during walking according to a state around a user.SOLUTION: Processing executed by the CPU of a mobile terminal device includes: a step for acquiring the number of external communication terminal connections (connection terminal count) to an access point (S50); a step for detecting the movement of the mobile communication terminal (S52); and restricting a part or all of the functions of the mobile communication terminal, when the movement of the mobile communication terminal is detected and the connection terminal count is larger than a predetermined number (S60).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
