PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device that uses a solar cell as a power supply source, wherein the detection device is smaller in size than the prior art.SOLUTION: An action detection device (1) has a sensor (11) that detects the operation of a detection object (120), and a dye-sensitized solar cell (10) that provides the power generated by receiving light (L1) to the sensor (11). A light receiving surface (10f) of the dye-sensitized solar cell (10) and a detection surface (11f) of the sensor (11) are provided in parallel with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
