PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, rapidly, three-dimensionally, in sub microns, and in a high concentration solution state, obtain an accurate dispersion state and sedimentation property of even fine particles that have a high specific gravity in a solution and a high sedimentation property.SOLUTION: Laser beams are radiated to a solution sample in which fine particles are dispersed in a solution, the light including fine particle scattering light coming from the solution sample is received, and the intensity of the Rayleigh light included in the fine particle scattering light is detected, and a fine particle scattering state is evaluated. At this time, a solution container storing the solution sample is vibrated, then the laser beams are radiated in the depth direction and plane direction of the solution sample, two-dimensional image data related to the depth direction and plane direction is created on the basis of the intensity of the Rayleigh light, and quantitative evaluation of the fine particle dispersibility is performed on the basis of the data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
