PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental cutting instrument which can easily enlarge a space between teeth at a constant interval and thereby enables correction preparation to be performed not only at a dental office but also at home, and to provide a handpiece mounted with the dental cutting instrument and a guide instrument for using the dental cutting instrument.SOLUTION: A dental cutting instrument 10 includes: a wire saw part 20 in which abrasive grains are fastened on a wire 21; a holding part 30 which holds the wire saw part 20 in a tensioned state; and a protrusion part 40 arranged at an end part of the holding part 30 in a direction in which the wire saw part 20 is tensioned. A dentist or patient grips the protrusion part 40, makes the wire saw part 20 abut between teeth, and moves the dental cutting instrument 10 in a reciprocating manner. Thereby, a portion between the teeth can be cut in a width (diameter) of the wire saw part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
