摘要 The present invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing polyester mixed yarn of different shrinkage with an enhanced interlacing number. The method for manufacturing polyester mixed yarn of different shrinkage, which is manufactured using a polyester resin, comprises: a spinning step of individually spinning a core yarn and an effect yarn through each spinneret; a thermal treatment step of thermally treating the spun yarns in a non-contact manner; a twisting step of twisting the core yarn and the effect yarn together through air interlacing; a first interlacing step of continuously air-interlacing the core yarn and the effect yarn twice; a drawing step of drawing the interlaced core yarn and effect yarn through two godet rollers, and supplying oil between the two godet rollers through an oil migration nozzle and performing interlacing; a second interlacing step of continuously air-interlacing the drawn core yarn and effect yarn; and a winding step of winding the interlaced mixed yarn. The present invention provides high economic efficiency by increasing the crystallinity of core yarn so as to simplify the conventional drawing process performed in two or three step through non-contact thermal treatment in the process of producing polyester mixed yarn of different shrinkage.
