The present invention relates to a honey knife comprising: a heater mounted for allowing an insulation plate to be in close contact with upper and lower parts while a resistance is arranged in a PCB substrate in parallel; a knife blade in contact with the bottom of the heater and fastened by a bolt to a support substrate mounted on an upper part, and having an extension part in the rear end; a battery and a charging jack connected with the resistance mounted inside the heater to supply power; a transfer switch connected between the resistance of the heater and the battery and the charging jack for turning on and off power; and a knob covered on the outside of the battery and the transfer switch, and connected by an extension part of the knife blade at the front end. When honey is separated and removed, if a transfer switch is turned on and then power is supplied through a battery or a charging jack, while a resistance is heated; a heater is heated; heat is transferred to a knife blade in contact with the heater; and a temperature of about 60-70°C is uniformly maintained. Therefore, honey solidified at room temperature is melted by a knife blade so that honey is quickly and easily separated and removed without waste losses of honey, and then productivity is improved. |
