The present invention relates to a linear motor. According to an aspect, the linear motor comprises: a first stator; a second stator arranged to be spaced from the first stator; and a permanent magnet disposed between the first stator and the second stator. The first stator comprises: a bobbin around which a coil is wound; and a plurality of stator cores surrounding the bobbin. In at least one stator core of the stator cores, a distance between a first surface facing the second stator and a second surface facing the first surface in the second stator varies in a circumferential direction of the second stator.
