The present invention relates to a hot metal dephosphorization method comprising: a step of measuring an initial temperature and a content of silicon of a hot metal; a first blowing step in which a weight ratio of gas oxygen to solid oxygen inserted into a dephosphorization blowing process in a dephosphorization converter is 90:10 or 100:0; a second blowing step in which a weight ratio of gas oxygen to solid oxygen inserted into the dephosphorization blowing process in the dephosphorization converter is 20:80 or 30:70; and a step of finishing the dephosphorization blowing process if all of the temperature rising and the content of the silicon contained in the hot metal arrive at the target values.
