The present invention relates to a two-way cock for a water purifier and a cold and hot water dispenser. The two-way cock for a water purifier and a cold and hot water dispenser comprises: a cock body (100) which has a cold water path (101a) and a hot water path (101b) inside; a body cover (110) which is assembled to the top surface of the cock body (100); a water discharging cap (120) which is assembled to the bottom of the cock body (100); valve shafts (210a, 210b) which are installed in the cold water path (101a) and the hot water path (101b) to be lifted; a cold water valve (200a) and a hot water valve (200b) which open and close a cold water outlet (102a) and a hot water outlet (102b); a cold and hot water selecting rod (300) which is installed on the surface of the body cover (110) to be moved in a longitudinal direction; a hot water button (400) which pushes the cold and hot water selecting rod; and a water discharging lever (500) which discharges cold water or hot water. Therefore, the present invention improves productivity and reduces production costs by reducing the amount of parts and simplifying the structure thereof.
