<p>The invention relates to a method for making a stiffened panel that includes, on the one hand, a panel (12) defining a skin and made of a stack of fibrous reinforcement plies embedded in a resin matrix and, on the other hand, reinforcements extending in a so-called longitudinal direction in a plane substantially perpendicular to said panel and made from stiffeners (16) each including a contact area with the panel (12) to be stiffened, wherein said method comprises the steps of forming the stiffeners (16), depositing on the stiffener contact areas at least one ply of fibrous reinforcements in order to form the panel (12) and polymerising the assembly including the panel (12) and the stiffeners (16) by subjecting the same to a pressure and temperature cycle in order to obtain a stiffened panel, characterised in that it comprises, before depositing said at least one ply of fibrous reinforcements forming the panel (12), carrying out a partial polymerisation of the stiffeners or the plates to be deformed so as to form the stiffeners at a half-baked state in order to obtain a polymerisation rate of about 25 to 40 %.</p> |
