The installation (IC) has an external exchanger (EE) for heating refrigerant expanded by an external pressure reducer (DTE) in heating mode of the installation or for cooling the refrigerant before its expansion by an internal pressure reducer (DTI) in an air-conditioning mode of the installation. The refrigerant from an internal condenser (CDI) is distributed proportionally between the exchanger and an internal evaporator (El) for drying up interior air in a mixed operation mode of the installation. A regulation unit regulates proportion of the refrigerant directed toward the evaporator.
