MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING APPARTUS AND CONTROL METHOD FOR THE SAME

The present invention relates to a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus including an in-bore display unit, and a control method thereof. The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes: a magnet assembly; a bore formed in the magnet assembly; a transfer table which is prepared to transfer an inspected person from the outside to the inside of the bore or from the inside to the outside of the bore; and the in-bore display unit which displays an image in the bore, and is installed in the transfer table as being movable. The in-bore display unit is exposed to the outside according to a movement of the transfer table, therefore damage of the in-bore display unit can be prevented.
