A guide rail type vehicle is provided with a guide wheel that comes into rolling contact with a guide rail, a switching wheel that is comes into rolling contact with a switching rail installed at a switching location of the guide rail, a wheel axle in which the guide wheel is connected to the top end and the switching wheel is connected to the bottom end, a support receiver of which the height dimension is set to be smaller than the corresponding length dimension of the wheel axle and which supports the wheel axle, and adjustment device which adjusts the sizes of a gap of the guide wheel side and a gap of the switching wheel side, which are accessed from a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the wheel axle, and are therefore capable of adjusting the height of the guide wheel and the switching wheel. |
