New pyrrole compounds, a process for their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions containing them

Disclosed herein is a pyrrole compound of formula I, wherein the variables are defined in the specification, pharmaceutical compositions containing the compound and processes for the preparation thereof. Additionally disclosed is the use of the compounds or compositions in the treatment of cancers, auto-immune disease and disease of the immune system. In one embodiment the compound is 5-(5-chloro-2-{ [(3R)-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-2(1H)-yl]carbonyl} phenyl)-N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2-dimethyl-N-(pyridin-4-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamide.
