The invention discloses an external pharmaceutical composition for treating dermatophytosis and foot ordor. The external pharmaceutical composition comprises the following components by mass percent: 30-40% of yellowweed, 25-35% of cottonrose hibiscus leaf, 7-13% of salt, 4-8% of white shell ash powder, 4-8% of white alum, 2-4% of tea bread, 6-10% of scrap iron and 1-3% of chili powder, wherein the masses of yellowweed and the cottonrose hibiscus leaf are masses of fresh yellowweed and the cottonrose hibiscus leaf. The pharmaceutical composition can be added to water during foot bath, or used together with a proper amount of vinegar and egg during foot bath or added with a proper amount of beef tallow to obtain cream. The external pharmaceutical composition is prepared from a plurality of antiseptic antibacterial materials, is capable of killing bacteria, fungus and mycete, can be used for treating the dermatophytosis, the foot ordor, hands and feet peeling and the like, and has a significant treatment effect.
