The present invention relates to a system for tracking and controlling the usage of guns, a device for the same, and a method thereof. More specifically, the system for tracking and controlling the usage of guns, the device for the same, and the method thereof are able to detect the usage of a gun such as firing, transmit the detection to a server, determine whether the usage of the gun is legal or not, track the location of the gun if the illegal usage is detected, and manage the number of live ammunition used by the gun, the number of live ammunition supplied, and the number of live ammunition returned to prevent illegal holding of live ammunition by a user. The present invention includes: a gun tracking device which detects firing of a gun by a user and transmits the firing information about the firing of the gun to a server; and a server which compares the firing information of the gun from the gun tracking device with gun usage permission conditions for the user. The firing information contains the identification number for the gun, user, or gun tracking device. Using the identification number for the gun, user, or gun tracking device, the server detects gun usage permission conditions for the user and compares the conditions with the firing information of the gun. |
