Provided is an image device capable of correcting a horizontal direction slope to prevent that a slope in an horizontal direction of an output image is shown to be tilted toward one side when the image device is fixed and continuously inputs and outputs image data after being installed. A method for correcting a horizontal direction slope of the image device according to the present invention comprises a step of rotating and correcting an output image in an opposite direction to a side in which the image device is tilted by measuring a horizontal direction slope of the image device by means of a gyro sensor. It is preferable that an image device is remotely adjusted to adjust a position of the image device instead of correcting the horizontal direction slope of an image device, when the horizontal direction slope of an image device is not within a correctable range.
