The invention relates to a device for fixing and fastening the cell phone or the tablet onto the motor vehicle sunshade using an elastic clamp, so that the driver may use them while driving, either for calls or for navigation applications, thus reducing the accident risk, the driver having permanently the hands free, and the road always being in the driver's peripheral sight, even if he temporarily looks at the phone or tablet display. According to the invention, the device consists of a solid parallelepipedal or cylindrical body (2), through which one or two telescopic cylinders (4) pass, at the extremities, they having each, a claw (5) for fixing and fastening the cell phone or tablet, and inside they being provided with a tape (3) made of silicone, rubber or other soft materials, the telescopic cylinders (4) being actuated each by a spring (7) which fixes, by compression or decompression, the phone or the tablet between the clamping claws (5) and an elastic clamp (1) for fixing the device on the motor vehicle sunshade, i.e. the solid body (2), by means of an adjusting screw (6). |
