The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for obtaining a reagent for preparation of technecium-99m-labelled nanocolloid, based on aluminium oxide AlO, which can be used for radionuclide diagnosis, including carrying out lymphoscintigraphy in oncology. To obtain a stable in storage reagent by the method, which includes preparation of mixture, consisting of 1 ml of aqueous suspension, prepared of nanosized powder of gamma-oxide AlOwith particle diameter of 7-10 nm and concentration of 0.5-0.7 mg/ml, ascorbic acid, Sn(II) and gelatin in quantities at the rate of per 1 ml of the mixture, mg: 0.20-0.25; 0.00875-0.0175 and 2.5-4.0, respectively, the obtained solution is frozen at liquid nitrogen temperature, placed in sublimator chamber and subjected to lypophilic drying at specified parameters of lyophiliser: T=-50°C, vacuum - 0.0015 Torr, for 20.5 h with further transfer into upper liophilic chamber and after-drying for 5.5 h at temperature of +15°C. |
