The present invention relates to an automatic shut-off valve for a pressure leakage for a pressure measuring instrument and, more specifically, to an automatic shut-off valve for a pressure leakage for a pressure measuring instrument installed between a pressure measuring instrument and a fluid flowing pipe, and prevents a negligent accident by blocking the flow of a fluid when a pressure measuring instrument is damaged, and enables prevention of a malfunction of the pressure measuring instrument, caused by pressure of a fluid flowing in from a pipe, after coupling the pressure measuring instrument.
