The present utility model relates to a process for producing ethanol from fermented mash comprising the steps of separation of ethanol from biomass by an integrated ultrafiltration and in situ pervaporation with a selective membrane; and recovery and dehydration of ethanol by hybrid distillation-pervaporation using a selective membrane.
