PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of determining a UE interference condition during handover.SOLUTION: A target cell receives information that indicates an interference condition of user equipment (UE). Prior to completing handover, the target cell determines an expected UE interference condition that will arise after completing the handover of the UE at a target base station. This information is determined based on a message from the UE. The UE message indicates which cell is the strongest, indicates the interference condition at both the source and target cells, or only provides a measurement of the strongest cell. Based on this UE measurement, the target eNodeB schedules the UE on resources on the basis of the expected interference condition at the UE that may arise after the handover. |
