PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed heat insulation material with a non-moisture-permeable film to which moisture permeating function may be added, in addition to allowing the non-moisture-permeable film bonded firmly on a molded foam body, at the same time enhancing production efficiency and preventing decline in yield due to a deformation after molding.SOLUTION: A foamed heat insulation material with non-moisture-permeating film is made by bonding a non-moisture-permeating film 2 on a high-temperature foamed resin body 1 extruded from an extrusion molding machine, and unifying these components by cooling. A material containing powdery cellulose is used as a material for the foamed resin body 1, and a perforated sheet of an opening ratio of 350 to 1 million/mand having ventilation holes of diameters between 0.02 and 10 mm for the non-moisture-permeating film 2. |
