PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which can complete a job for storing image data and the like in a removable storage device such as a wireless SD card in the case where there is no free space left in the removable storage device during executing the job.SOLUTION: In an information processing device, when a free space in a wireless SD card 5 becomes insufficient in the middle of writing data to the wireless SD card 5, writing is interrupted and the interruption leads to repeated detection of an amount of space of the wireless SD card 5. And when the amount of space exceeds or equals to a predetermined amount, write processing is restarted. When a manuscript is read by a scanner 17, reading is interrupted and restarted. When the information processing device is equipped with a hard disk device 15, reading is continued and image data is stored in the hard disk device 15 and a job is terminated, and when a free space of a required amount appears afterward, the data stored in the hard disk device 15 is transferred to the wireless SD card 5. |
