PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort processing order reception system undertaking retort processing (packing, sterilization, and the like) to a food cooked at another place different from a factory, and performing processing at desired time.SOLUTION: A system performing retort processing to a food at timing that an orderer desires, includes: communication means 130 receiving an order from an orderer terminal; a retort processing reception navigator 120 receiving an orderer through the communication means; a contractor data memory 140 memorizing the orderer as a contractor in advance; and a retort processing device 160 performing bagging, vacuum packaging and compression heating sterilization. |
