1. A system comprising:
an imaging device; a paper payment dispensing mechanism; a processor; and a memory storing instructions executable by the processor; wherein said instructions comprise:
obtaining identification information from a bar code that was captured by the imaging device and displayed on a mobile device, the identification information being associated with a wager;retrieving, based on the identification information, a wager value that is dependent upon the outcome of the wager;obtaining, from the bar code, a payment request value entered by a user on the mobile device;determining whether the value entered by the user is less than the wager value; anddispensing a payment from the paper payment dispensing mechanism equal to the payment request value entered by the user when the value entered by the user is less than the wager value.
