An image processing device is described comprising an image sensor input for connecting an image sensor, a display output for connecting a display unit, a memory output for connecting to a ROM and a graphics processor. The graphics processor is designed to insert first overlapping image data into image data which are obtainable via the image sensor input, in order to generate a first processed data stream, and to insert second overlapping image data, which differ from the first overlapping image data, into the image data in order to obtain a second processed data stream, and to route the first processed data stream to the memory output, and to route the second processed data stream to the display output.
