PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw compressor ensuring low leakage loss.SOLUTION: A screw compressor comprises a pair of a male rotor and a female rotor, the male rotor and the female rotor including an engagement clearance (processing deformation relief portion) larger than a discharge-side end surface at a position closer to a central portion side than the discharge-side end surface. In the vicinity of the discharge-side end surface, a lead of the male rotor is made to match a lead of the female rotor to reduce the engagement clearance between the male rotor and the female rotor. In the central portion between the discharge-side end surface and an intake-side end surface, the lead of the male rotor is made to match the lead of the female rotor to reduce the engagement clearance. |
