The present invention relates to an organic optoelectronic device and a display apparatus comprising the organic optoelectronic device, the organic optoelectronic device comprising: a positive electrode and a negative electrode facing the positive electrode; a light emitting layer comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 1, the light emitting layer being positioned between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; and a hole transport layer comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 2, the hole transport layer being positioned between the positive electrode and the light emitting layer.
