An emulsion composition including at least water and an elastomer in which structural units derived from acrylonitrile, structural units derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid, structural units derived from butadiene, and structural units derived from a self-crosslinking compound are included in a polymer main chain thereof, and a non-sulfur-based crosslinked structure is formed, the emulsion composition wherein the crosslinked structure includes a crosslinked structure formed by the self-crosslinking compound, and a crosslinked structure formed by a crosslinking agent, and the crosslinking agent is a non-polymerizable polyfunctional organic compound.
