An organic light emitting display device comprises an opaque area, and a transparent area. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate, a first transistor, a second transistor, and at least one capacitor. The first transistor is arranged on a substrate of the opaque area. The second transistor is adjacent to the first transistor along a first direction in the opaque area. The capacitor is adjacent to the first transistor along a second direction different from the first direction in the opaque area. The capacitor includes: a first capacitor electrode; a dielectric structure arranged on the first capacitor electrode, and including a silicon oxynitride; and a second capacitor electrode arranged on the dielectric structure.
